Thesis Title: Bivalence and the Challenge of Truth-Value Gaps
About
I did my undergraduate (Licenciatura) studies in philosophy at the University of Lisbon, the M.Litt at the University of St. Andrews and the PhD at the University of Stirling. I wrote my doctoral dissertation on bivalence and truth-value gaps.
I am a senior researcher at the LanCog group at the Philosophy Centre of the University of Lisbon, and also a member of LOGOS - Logic, Language and Cognition Group, of the University of Barcelona. I am presently in the steering committee of the Portuguese Society for Analitic Philosophy. I am also co-editor, and book reviews editor, of Disputatio.
